Kevin and his mate Bob spend their time drinking and cruising around the western suburbs of 70s Sydney in Kevin’s yellow FJ Holden, looking for girls. “If this film had been made in Italy in 1948 it would be classed as a masterpiece of neo-realism. Non-actors, real locations and great work within a low budget give this piece of cinema-verite power, humour and honesty. I rate it in the top Aussie films of all time along with Wake in Fright, Don’s Party, Walkabout & Sunday Too Far Away” IMDb
