The magnificent William Marshall returns for another round of nasty neck-nibbling and Blaxploitation bombast. After being revived by a voodoo soul brother, Blacula hits the vampire trail with a vengeance and finds his own blood rising when he imagines Pam Grier to be his lost love reincarnated. Great entertainment with fabulous 70’s fashions, jive-talking dialogue and a funky soundtrack! The voodoo climax (in more ways than one) is a special treat. What the “Twilight” movies can only dream of being. Presented with live commentary by those two honkies from Cinema Fiasco. GW
After a dying Voodoo queen chooses an adopted apprentice as her successor, her true heir is outraged. Seeking revenge, he buys the bones of Blacula the vampire off of a dealer, and uses voodoo to bring the vampire back to do his bidding. In turn, Blacula turns him into a vampire and makes him his slave. Meanwhile, a police officer with a large collection of African antiques and an interest in the occult investigates the murders caused by Blacula and his vampire horde.
