Low budget and using simple, in-camera visual effects, PA scares very effectively based on what frightens us the most – the unbearable tension of the inevitable fright. PA3 takes us back to what began the disturbances revolving around the two sisters of PA 1 & 2. It’s what you don’t see that will freak you out, and PA 3 does it so very, very effectively. Seeing this in the dark of the big old Astor (some say she is haunted…) will no doubt give you mighty big chills. AB

In 1988, young sisters Katie and Kristi befriend an invisible entity who resides in their home.
