Navigating romantic relationships and the challenges of college life is enough for most young adults to contend with but add to that the impending end of the world and suddenly sexual politics seem a little less significant. Of course, with Gregg Araki’s sexual sci-fi awakening / comedy-horror / mystery / coming-of-age genre mix, sexual politics and the end of the world are clearly one and the same. A fantastic blend of serious and ludicrous that culminates in a colliding of worlds that only a college student could ever hope to understand. TJ

Smith's everyday life in the dorm - hanging out with his arty, sarcastic best friend Stella, hooking up with a beautiful free spirit named London, lusting for his gorgeous but dim surfer roommate Thor - all gets turned upside-down after one fateful, terrifying night.
